THERAPY SERVICES

Safe Alternatives for Abused Families offers confidential individual and family therapy services to those who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and/or abuse in any shape or form.

 

SAAF’s therapy services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client presenting with current and/or past history of emotional, psychological, physical, and/or sexual abuse.

 

Clients who have been impacted by violence can work one-on-one with SAAF’s therapist. Whether receiving individual or family services, treatment goals are identified by each client who will work in partnership with the therapist to attain desired outcomes and successfully complete therapy.

Who Is Eligible? 

  • Children, adolescents, and adults who have been impacted by emotional, psychological, physical, and/or sexual abuse
     

  • Children and adolescents exposed to domestic or community violence
     

  • Adult survivors of childhood sexual assault/abuse
     

  • Non-offending parents, caregivers, family members, and significant others of those who have experienced abuse through secondary trauma

Therapy Schedule

  • Available on specific days each week
     

  • Appointments begin on the hour from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
     

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long
